AN ACT relating to an emergency order suspending, limiting, or restricting a physician's license.
     Amend KRS 311.592 to provide that in a hearing conducted in accordance with KRS 13B.125, that the findings of fact constitute a rebuttable presumption of substantial evidence of a violation of law; provide that the provisions of 13B.090(1) concerning admissibility of hearsay evidence do not apply.
