AN ACT relating to the subdivision of land.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 100 to allow a property owner to transfer or sell a parcel of property to an immediate family without planning commission approval if the parcel has a means of ingress and egress to a public road, provide that the location of a single family residence shall be a permitted use, and define "immediate family member".
