AN ACT relating to capital projects and making an appropriation therefor.
Amend 2000 Kentucky Acts Chapter 549 to clarify the description of community development projects 308 and 309; amend 2000 Kentucky Acts Chapter 549 to provide funding for coal severance tax projects in Harlan County; provide that the 1998 appropriation to Kingdom Come Economic Industrial Development Authority in 1998 House Bill 321 may be used for the purchase of equipment; provide that the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall supersede and prevail over any conflicting provision of the 2000-2002 State/Executive Budget Memorandum.
HB 353 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Turner) - Amend to clarify the description of community development projects 308 and 309 and change the appropriation for coal severance tax project 49 from $500,000 in fiscal years 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 to $325,000 in each fiscal year.
HFA (2, P. Childers) - Amend to authorize and appropriate $750,000 in fiscal year 2001-2002 for the revitalization of the Knott Co. jail from the Local Government Economic Development Fund money from the respective single county account.
HFA (3/P, H. Moberly) - Attach the provisions of HB 79; provide 70% of awards to certified personnel and 30% to classified personnel; exempt from budget reduction plan; declare an emergency.
HFA (4/Title, H. Moberly) - Make title amendment.
