AN ACT relating to postconsumer waste and recycling equipment.
     Amend KRS 139.480 relating to the sales and use tax exemption for energy or energy-producing fuels to declare that the cost of production shall not include the cost of postconsumer waste or acquiring, installing, maintaining, and operating recycling equipment.
