AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
Amend KRS 138.870, 138.880, and 138.882 to provide that the tax on marijuana and controlled substances shall not be assessed until the dealer's taxable activity results in a criminal conviction or a guilty, nolo, or Alford plea for violating KRS Chapter 218A.
