AN ACT relating to agricultural development.
     Create a new section of KRS 248.701 to 248.727 to require the director of the Agricultural Development Board to promulgate administrative regulations creating a code of ethics for the board and for the county agricultural development councils; amend KRS 248.709 to require the board to adopt the code of ethics created for the board, and to pay for errors and omissions insurance premiums to cover board members and county council members; amend KRS 248.721 to require county councils to adopt the code of ethics created for councils; and amend KRS 248.725 to conform.
