Amend KRS 100.987 to exclude maps from items deemed confidential; amend KRS 278.650, relating to construction of cell towers, to prohibit siting in historic districts; amend KRS 278.660 to exclude maps from items deemed confidential; amend KRS 278.665, relating to application for cell tower approval, to require clear location description; EMERGENCY.
