AN ACT relating to outstanding students.
     Amend KRS 160.180 to permit a person who is 18 years of age to be eligible for membership on a local board of education under certain circumstances; amend KRS 160.345 to conform; amend KRS 160.345 to permit a student to serve on the school-based decision making council and state qualifications for selection by teacher representatives.
