AN ACT relating to the eligibility of private and parochial high school graduates for inclusion in the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship Program.
     Amend KRS 164.7879 to establish eligibility criteria of graduates of nonpublic high schools to receive scholarship awards under the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship Program.
