AN ACT relating to energy conservation.
     Create a new section of KRS 56.770 to 56.784 to require all state agencies to conserve energy and reduce electricity and natural gas use in keeping thermostat settings in state buildings within specified ranges for heating and cooling; require to the extent possible, a ten percent (10%) reduction in total electricity and natural gas use by all state agencies; state agencies and given two (2) years to show compliance; require annual reports on energy reductions from state agencies to LRC and Governor.
