AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.690 to include urban-county fire and police pension funds in tax schedules for purposes of KRS 141.010 and 141.0215; amend KRS 67A.492 to provide a surviving widow of a retired urban-county fire or police officer the same benefits regardless of date of retirement of the deceased member; amend KRS 67A.690 to change retiree annual increases to reflect possible retirement age of 47 rather than 51.
