AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
     Create a new section of KRS 403.270 to 403.785 to permit the appointment of a de facto custodian or joint de facto custodians as the legal custodian or custodians of a child; amend KRS 403.270, 403.280, 403.340, 403.350, 403.420, and 405.020 to conform.
