HB 66 (BR 287) - H. Moberly

     AN ACT relating to the Teachers' Professional Growth Fund.
     Amend KRS 156.553 to retain priority for funding to improve middle school mathematics teachers' content knowledge but permit the Department of Education to approve funding for other content areas during 2000-2002 for middle school teachers if all funds are not needed for the first priority; provide that funds in the Teachers' Professional Growth Fund do not lapse at the end of each fiscal year.
