AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 161 and amend various sections of KRS Chapter 161 relating to the reorganization of the Education Professional Education Standards Board and confirming Executive Order 2000-1226, dated September 14, 2000 and incorporating provisions of Executive Order 2000-851, dated June 30, 2000.

SCA (1, L. Casebier) - Education Professional Standards Board members appointed by the Governor after the effective date of this Act shall be confirmed by the Senate and the House of Representatives.
