AN ACT relating to sales tax on access charges and making an appropriation therefor.
     Amend KRS 139.050 to exempt access charges from sales tax; appropriate in fiscal year 2001-2002, $42,900,000 from the Budget Reserve Trust Fund to the credit of the General Fund; EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001.
