AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 527.020, relating to carrying concealed deadly weapons, to permit out-of-state peace officers and elected sheriffs to carry concealed deadly weapons in Kentucky on or off duty if Kentucky peace officers and elected sheriffs are permitted by law to do so in their state.
