AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 161.220 to provide that certain employees of the Workforce Development Cabinet, Department of Adult Education and Literacy, and the Department for Technical Education may continue to participate in Teachers' Retirement and that others may opt out, provide that certain employees participate in the Kentucky Employees Retirement System; confirm Executive Order 2000-1317, dated October 4, 2000.

HCA (1, C. Geveden) - Clarify which employees are being addressed and provide that the confirmation of Executive Order 2000-1317 be amended to provide that Section II of the order apply only to employees in specific offices in the secretary's office.
