AN ACT relating to parking regulations.
     Amend KRS 189.450, relating to stopping, standing, or repairing vehicles on a highway or the shoulders of a highway, to prohibit parking in a fire lane or placing signs or other obstructions in a fire lane; establish exceptions to parking in a fire lane for emergency vehicles; amend KRS 189.990, relating to penalties for violating traffic regulations, to establish a penalty of $100 for a first offense, $250 for a second offense, and $500 for each subsequent offense of either parking illegally in a fire lane or placing an illegal sign or other obstruction in a fire lane.
