AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 11.505, relating to the Governor's Office for Technology, to create a Division of Information Technology Operations within the Office of Infrastructure Service and to create the Office of General Counsel; repeal KRS 61.957, relating to the chairman and duties of the abolished Communications Advisory Council; confirm Reorganization Executive Order 2000-1315, dated October 4, 2000.
