Establish the Hospital Medical Errors Task Force; create membership; direct the task force to evaluate issues related to medical errors, make recommendations to reduce the incidence of hospital medical errors, and report to the Legislative Research Commission and the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare by November 1, 2001.
