HCR 46 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, R. Adams) - Amends HCR 46 to add explanation of a need for federal graders to be available to producers; requests the USDA and the U.S. Congress to require that a federal grader be available at all sales of type 31 burley tobacco instead of requiring that all tobacco be graded by a federal grader; retains the rest of the language including requiring a grading fee of all type 31 tobacco sold.
