Create a legislative task force on services and supports to individuals with acquired brain injuries; require recommendations for accurate assessment of the incidence of acquired brain injuries, changes to administrative regulations, and strategies to develop inpatient services, decriminalization, and increased education and employment services; specify membership; require report to the Legislative Research Commission by July 1, 2002.
HCR 67 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Add to the task force's duties recommendations relating to case management services; add to the task force's membership the Executive Director of the Kentucky Hospital Association or designee and a second representative from the Division of Mental Health; change designations of members representing the Justice Cabinet and the Kentucky Jailers' Association.
