Approve and authorize the sale, lease, or conveyance of the present forestry building and all real property, located in Bell County, through a competitive bid request and allow for the construction and operation of a new hotel at that location; set space restrictions for new forestry facility; approve the exchange of state forestry property as consideration for a new facility; provide that conveyance of the property shall not be deeded to the successful bidder until the bidder successfully the new forestry building; require approval by the Secretary of Finance and Administration Cabinet who shall submit a progress report to the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee.
