Urge home health agencies to provide at least 45 days' advance notice before terminating treatment with a patient.

HR 68 - AMENDMENTS

HCS - Retain original provisions; urge assistance with finding alternate health care and with the provision of sufficient notice, and delete the 45 day notice requirement.
