SB 105 (BR 953) - R. Sanders Jr

     AN ACT relating to transportation of county prisoners.
     Amend KRS 441.510 to require that county prisoners be transported under the provisions of KRS 441.510; delete the authority of the court to order a method of transportation other than that provided for in KRS 441.510.
