AN ACT relating to Medicaid prescription medication dispensing fees and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 205.561 to require, as of the effective date of the Act, that the fees for dispensing prescription medications in Medicaid be set at the rates that were in effect as of January 15, 2001; provide that any modification be subject to the ordinary administrative regulation process; EMERGENCY.
