AN ACT relating to speed limits.
     Amend KRS 189.390, regarding speed limits, to set the speed limit at 70 mph for interstates and parkways, and allow exception for sections of interstates and parkways where the current speed limit is less than 65 mph; amend KRS 189.394 to conform.
