SB 111 (BR 1095) - R. Jones II, D. Adams, R. Stivers

     AN ACT relating to wrongful death actions.
     Amend KRS 411.130, relating to wrongful death actions, to allow recovery for loss of enjoyment of life; create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 to address wrongful death actions where the decedent was a minor.
