SB 115 (BR 816) - R. Stivers

     AN ACT relating to child support.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 403 to provide that a four week arrearage in child support payments precludes the support obligor from claiming the child for which the support is payable as a dependent for taxation purposes.
