AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
Amend KRS 403.211 to provide for the allocation of private tuition and supplemental educational expenses in child support actions.

SFA (1, D. Adams) - Amend to make payment of costs contingent upon agreement of the parties.
SFA (2, R. Stivers) - Amend to require, upon request of a party, a finding as to whether public or private school would be in the best interests of the child and to allocate costs in the event of finding in favor of private school.
