AN ACT relating to health insurance for state employees.
     Amend KRS 18A.225 to permit carriers who provide coverage to members of the state group to charge different county-wide premiums for the same level of coverage in the counties in which the carriers provide state group coverage; prohibit the Commonwealth from limiting the number of carriers in a county that may offer coverage to members of the state group.
