AN ACT relating to Medicaid prescription medication dispensing fees and declaring an emergency.
     Roll back the Medicaid dispensing fees for prescription medications to the rate that was in effect on January 15, 2001, make the change retroactive, and provide for supplemental payments to health care providers that dispensed prescription medications between January 16, 2001, and the effective date of this Act; EMERGENCY.
