SB 120 (BR 982) - W. Blevins, E. Harris, D. Adams, P. Herron Jr, E. Miller, E. Scorsone

     AN ACT relating to career employees.
     Amend KRS 18A.005 to provide that for purposes of reversion or reinstatement rights, KRS 18A "career employees" include hazardous positions, as defined in KRS 61.592, who have 12, rather than 16, years of employment.
