SB 121 (BR 436) - G. Neal, J. Pendleton

AN ACT relating to certified teachers.
Amend KRS 156.106 to permit the commissioner of education to include a lack of minority teachers in a grade level, subject area, or specific certification area as a critical shortage area.

SB 121 - AMENDMENTS

SCS/AA - Clarify that definition of certified teachers includes administrators; delete duplicative language.
