SB 127 (BR 1174) - V. Moore

     AN ACT relating to plumbing.
     Amend KRS 318.020 to exempt persons employed by any commercial dealer and installer of water heating devices from the requirements of KRS Chapter 318 when reattaching an existing water line to a replacement water heating device in any private residence or commercial facility.
