AN ACT relating to vision examinations for children entering public schools, public preschool, or Head Start programs.
     Amend KRS 156.160 to clarify that evidence of a vision examination shall be submitted to a public school, public preschool, or Head Start program no later than January 1 of the first year a child who is 3 years of age through 6 years of age is enrolled in the school or program.
