SB 14 (BR 161) - T. Shaughnessy

     AN ACT relating to postsecondary education.
     Amend KRS 164.013 to delete the provision that the president of the Council on Postsecondary Education shall be compensated on a basis in excess of the base salary of any president of a Kentucky public university.
