AN ACT relating to copayments for Medicaid.
     Amend KRS 205.6312 to require the Cabinet for Health Services to request federal waivers as necessary to implement the maximum allowable nominal copayments permitted under Federal law; require the Cabinet for Health Services to request a waiver of any federal law by July 1, 2001.
