AN ACT relating to highway weight limits.
Amend KRS 189.222, regarding highway weight limits, to allow commercial vehicles carrying livestock or agricultural products a 10% tolerance on highway weight limits; amend 189.221 to conform.
SB 146 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, B. Jackson) - Add a new Section 3 to amend KRS 189.2225 to allow trucks up to 102" that are transporting materials to or from a business to operate on any public road in Kentucky, regardless of the posted weight limit of the road.
SFA (2/Title, B. Jackson) - Amend the title to read as follows: "AN ACT relating to traffic regulations."
