AN ACT relating to teaching certificates.
     Amend KRS 161.120 to prohibit the Education Professional Standards Board from taking action on any matter related to teacher discipline that is under review by a court, a tribunal, or an impartial arbitrator selected under a collective bargaining agreement; and require the board to declare the certified school employee was not in violation of the charges if the court, tribunal, or arbitrator finds that the employee should not be disciplined.
