AN ACT relating to oil and gas.
     Amend KRS 278.502, dealing with eminent domain for oil and gas companies to require an appraisal by a certified appraiser, a precise metes and bounds description, and for the plaintiff to pay attorney fees, costs and for an independent appraisal by an appraiser chosen by landowner; amend KRS 416.610 to require a finding by the court that the route chosen is least dangerous and least detrimental to property value.
