AN ACT relating to osteopathy.
Amend KRS 164.7891 to require the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority to award, subject to the availability of funds, at least one scholarship each year to a student seeking to practice a specialty of osteopathic medicine in a residency program in Kentucky, subject to the student's agreement to render one year of qualified service in a rural area of critical need for each year the scholarship is awarded.
