AN ACT relating to community development projects.
     Amend 2000 Kentucky Acts Chapter 549 (House Bill 502), PART II, CAPITAL PROJECTS, 1. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CABINET to clarify the descriptions of projects 307, 308, 309, and 310; provide that the provisions of this Act shall supersede and prevail over any conflicting provisions of the State/Executive Budget Memorandum.
