SB 181 (BR 150) - P. Herron Jr

     AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Create a new section of Subtitle 39 of KRS Chapter 304 to create the offense of operating an unsecured (uninsured) vehicle; provide that operator of vehicle has duty to ascertain if it is insured; provide for affirmative defenses; provide same penalties as for owner of uninsured vehicle.
