AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 189A.005 and 189A.010 to create a per se offense within the DUI law for operating a motor vehicle with a detectable amount of a controlled substance, marijuana, or methamphetamine in the defendant's blood, breath, or urine; amend KRS 218A.991 to require, rather than permit, the revocation of an operator's license for a minor convicted of a drug offense.
