AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 148 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to hours of voting.
     Propose to amend Section 148 of the Kentucky Constitution to lengthen hours of elections by one hour, and provide that all voters who are waiting in line to vote at eight o'clock p.m. shall be allowed to vote; submit to the voters; and provide ballot language.
