AN ACT relating to telephone solicitation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to permit persons 70 or older to place themselves on a "zero call" list with the Attorney General's Division of Consumer Protection; prohibit telephone solicitations to persons on list unless they so request; create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to make a violation of the foregoing an unfair trade practice.
