SB 41 (BR 381) - E. Scorsone

     AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189A to require the Administrative Office of the Courts to hire or contract with persons to do alcohol and substance abuse treatment and education needs assessments of persons convicted of driving under the influence; amend KRS 189A.040 relating to driving under the influence treatment program to delete assessment of alcohol and substance abuse needs of the defendant by the program.
