SB 42/CI (BR 374) - A. Robinson
AN ACT relating to crimes and punishment.
Amend KRS 525.105 to change the penalty for desecration of venerated objects in the first degree from a Class D felony to a Class C felony; amend KRS 525.115 to remove the Class A misdemeanor penalty for a first offense to violating graves, and to provide that all offenses will be Class D felonies.
