AN ACT relating to jurors.
Amend KRS 29A.100, relating to excusing a juror from service, to include exclusion of primary caregivers for a child under 6 or an elderly or disabled family member.
SB 43 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, R. Stivers) - Delete "excuse" and "excused" and insert "defer" and "deferred".
