SB 43 (BR 408) - A. Kerr, T. Buford, R. Roeding, D. Seum, J. Westwood

     AN ACT relating to jurors.
     Amend KRS 29A.100, relating to excusing a juror from service, to include exclusion of primary caregivers for a child under 6 or an elderly or disabled family member.
